COACHING

Our team has successfully developed and coached hundreds of leaders at the C, VP, Director and Manager levels.   Regardless of the leadership level, we view our coaching work as a “Thinking Partnership” where we come alongside the leader to help them envision, plan, achieve desired outcomes, and breakthrough the barriers which stand in the way. 

 

There are a variety of useful entry points to a high impact coaching relationship.  Several common presenting needs may include (but are not limited to):

 

  • A leader or leadership team who is taking the organization on a culture change or other significant transformational journey.

  • A leader who is required to expand his/her thinking and approaches and “shift into a higher gear” in a new or promoted role.

  • A leader who desires to perform at a higher level and is currently feeling “stuck” and facing some barriers in doing so.

 

As a part of the coaching process, we can leverage a variety of unique leadership assessment tools, and consider those you may already be familiar with and are currently using in your own organization.

In addition to being a useful “Thinking Partner”, our expert coaches also will step into the role of strategic teacher to introduce micro practices that can help the leader to gain “just in time” point of need skills to utilize in their goal journey and/or personal development. 

 

It is important to note that we do not see coaching as a wise investment of time, energy, or resources in circumstances where an individual is not self-motivated for change, is not in the right role, or where the presenting challenge is best addressed by a more traditional performance management approach.  Simply stated, coaching is an accelerator for those who are ready, willing, and able to work and grow into higher levels of performance.
